Chula Vista is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Chula Vista follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Really tasty and well made sushi. We had all you can eat and enjoyed it. It's a medium size place and standard sushi restaurant vibes. The food was great and service was excellent. I will try it again.

That's good sushi especially for the money, we had a lot of fun rolls and some good nigiri.

Definitely 99% rice and 1% fish. Came here for all-you-can-eat sushi and unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. From the start, the service was poor. Our server sat us down but didnβt explain how the ordering system worked at all (you mark what you want on the sheet). Since it was our first time using that system, we had to ask questions just to figure out how to order. After we finally placed our order, most of the items never came out. We ordered house salad, miso soup, and edamame as appetizers. We had to remind them multiple times. Eventually the edamame came, but the miso soup and house salad never showed up at all. We gave up asking. On top of that, no one checked on us during the meal. We had to keep trying to track someone down just to ask about missing items or place another order. A table that sat down next to us even placed a large order and got their food very quickly while we were still waiting. Overall, really a disappointing experience. Especially for the price you pay. The fish was good, Iβll give you guys that but everything else made us regret coming there.

iSushi is a hidden AYCE sushi secret! The quality of the fish is unbelievably fresh, and every roll is crafted with care and creativity. From the perfectly seasoned rice to the delicate balance of flavors, you can tell the chefs here take pride in what they do. The staff is super friendly and attentive, making the entire dining experience feel warm and welcoming. The ambiance is clean, modern, and relaxedβperfect for a casual lunch or a date night. For those who love Little Sakana AYCE in Mira Mesa but want to try a new spot that has a variety of different roles, this is the place I recommend. Itβs never packed when I go and you can make reservations online. Which is also nice as it is easier to talk to my friends when the restaurant isnβt overly seated.

The atmosphere and interior design and decor is really up to par. The dark colors of the tables and seats and walls reflect well off of the ambient lighting throughout the establishment. Service was exceptional. Sushi, kids teriyaki bowl, and shrimp tempera, delicious. We weren't that fond of the calamari though. Very nice presentation. I'm not sure how the parking is on certain nights or weekends, but on a Tuesday night, parking is abundant.
